Simply contact me with your wishes. Large custom design orders require consultation so the pieces are created exactly to your specifications. All large orders will require an upfront 50% deposit. Payment Methods: Ordering through the shopping cart, most major credit cards are accepted as well as bank account debts. Personal checks or money orders are accepted if mailing order to us. click here for order form. Shipping and Delivery: USPS priority mail at a flat rate of $6.95. Orders over $100.00 are entitled to free shipping. Most orders will ship in 7- 10 Days. Custom and large orders shipped at completion. Prior to delivery, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone. Delivery can not be made to a P.O. Box Guarantee: Each and every custom design piece comes with a sixty (60) day warranty which covers breakage and defective parts. Please notify me prior to shipping. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may simply return the item(s) within ten (10) days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact me prior to shipping. All items must be returned in their original condition (unaltered, unworn and damage free). Refunds will not be granted for damaged items that have been improperly shipped.
